We do our best to ensure that all our food products are of exceptional quality. We work directly with local Greek farmers with a passion for their product. To preserve the quality and purity of our food items our products have undergone minimal processing and are naturally preserved with no additives or chemicals.
Before you place an order we ask that you register an account with us, this is to make ordering with us in the future easier and quicker. No personal details will be passed on to any other organisations or third parties.
All orders placed before 5pm are despatched the following working day (Monday – Friday). Orders received after the close of business will be processed the following day and therefore sent on the next working day after that.
Packages weighing less than 2kg in weight are sent via second class mail. This is a 2-3 working day service.
Orders weighing 2kg and above are sent via courier. This is a 3-5 working day service.

International Delivery pricing
Delivery costs for orders outside of the UK vary according to country. Please be aware that if you are ordering from outside the UK postage costs may be high; therefore please check these costs at the checkout in the online shop before you confirm your order.
The recipient of the package is responsible for any and all duties or taxes incurred by Customs. All items entering a country outside of Europe are subject to Customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed, they are to be paid by the recipient. In addition, for most countries, there is an administrative fee that is also to be paid by the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through Customs and collecting duties and taxes.
The Raw Greek is not responsible for duties or fees incurred by Customs, nor can we provide an estimate of the cost of potential duties that may be assessed to a particular package.
We cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delays by the postal services.
Wrong Address details
To avoid, delays, disappointment and missing orders please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address. We cannot be held financially responsible for the loss of orders as a result of incorrect information.

Sagepay and Paypal are both secure and efficient payment gateways allowing our customers to pay for products on our e-commerce site securely. Your financial and personal details are stored on a secure server and never shared with other sellers, retailers or any other third parties.
When an order is placed through our website, card verification checks take place and credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
If you wish to make a return please contact us directly for prior approval. Returns will not be accepted unless previously approved.
Opened food products are not returnable. If you have a concern with any perishable food product, please contact us directly. We will be happy to discuss your options with you.
You (the customer) are responsible for paying the return shipping until the item is inspected.

If you wish to return an item because you have received the wrong product or the item is spoiled, damaged or defective then we will refund you the full price of the order including shipping. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Although all products undergo a strict quality control process and thorough washing at their point of origin it is sometimes difficult to catch all of nature’s small gifts; twigs, leaves, small rocks, dirt, and other naturally occurring elements may occasionally find their way into your purchase.
We welcome all feedback and will endeavour to deal with any problems experienced by our customers as a priority. We aim to have a solution within five working days.
