Manaki olives are grown in the Peloponnese in Southern Greece. The olives are hand picked late in the season when they are most ripe and then cold pressed to create a delicate golden green oil.
The oil produced from Manaki olives is sweet, fruity and mild, it is perfect for every culinary use in the kitchen however the best way to really enjoy its exquisite taste is by eating it raw drizzled over your favourite salad.
