Who turned up the heat? It's Salad Season again, Yay

Arrange the green leaves in the bottom of a bowl.  Carefully sprinkle the pine nuts into the middle of the greens.

In a separate bowl mix together the olive oil, sea salt and balsamic vinegar and stir with a fork until the ingredients have merged as much as possible.

Pour the dressing over the salad leaves and spread the cherry tomatoes over the top.
