Gina Colada
  • 2.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2.5 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
  • 3 cups spinach

Put the spinach and almond milk in the blender and blend well.

Then add the remaining ingredients and blend again until you have a smooth consistency.

Serve in a fancy glass with a sprinkle of dessicated coconut and pineapple chunks to decorate.
