Mango and Kale Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 2-3 juicey oranges
  • 1 large ripe mango
  • 2 handfuls of curly Kale
  • 1 cup water

Method

Juice the oranges using a citrus press and pour into a blender, add the kale and blend until the kale has been blended well, add the water at this point if needed to help the blender turn.

Peel and remove the stone from your mango and throw into the blender with the kale and orange juice.  Blend until you have a delicious smooth green smoothie.

Pour into a tall glass, grab a straw and enjoy.
