Olive Spread

Rinse the almonds and grind in a food processor with the lemon juice and olive oil.
Process until the almonds are finely chopped. 
Next add the Kalamata olives, caper berries and garlic to the food processor and process again until you have a thick smooth spread consistency.
Taste the spread and make sure you have enough lemon juice, if not add more.  
Once you have the perfect taste and consistency serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
