All our food products are of exceptional quality.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of any of your purchases please let us know so that we can prevent further disappointment.
There is no minimum order value. We accept all orders, no matter how large or small.
Before you place an order we ask that you register an account with us, this is to make ordering with us in the future easier and quicker. No personal details will be passed on to any other organisations or third parties.
DELIVERY DETAILS
UK Delivery Prices
All orders placed before 5pm are despatched the following working day (Monday – Friday). Orders received after the close of business will be processed the following day and therefore sent on the next working day after that.
Delivery prices (with the exception of kitchen equipment) are based on the weight of the total package and are calculated as follows:
Packages weighing less than 1kg are sent via second class mail.
Orders weighing between 1kg and 2kg will be sent via 1st class mail
Orders above 2kg are sent via parcelforce. See below for pricing:
0g – 100g = £1.25
100g – 250g = £1.60
250g – 500g = £2.00
500g – 750g = £2.50
750g – 1kg = £2.90
1kg – 2kg = £4.60
2kg – 6kg = £6.00
All delivery costs are capped at £6, no matter how big the order.
We cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delays by the postal services.
Juicers can only be sent to UK addresses, the price of juicers is inclusive of delivery unless stated otherwise. All shipments are insured, delivery method is at our discretion.

International Delivery pricing
Delivery costs for orders outside of the UK vary according to country. Please be aware that if you are ordering from outside the UK postage costs may be high; therefore please check these costs at the checkout in the online shop before you confirm your order.
The recipient of packages is responsible for any and all duties or taxes incurred by Customs. All items entering a country outside Europe are subject to Customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed, they are to be paid by the recipient. In addition, for most countries, there is an administrative fee that is also to be paid by the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through Customs and collecting duties and taxes.
The Raw Greek is not responsible for duties or fees incurred by Customs, nor can we provide an estimate of the cost of potential duties that may be assessed to a particular package.
Wrong Address details
To avoid, delays, disappointment and missing orders please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address. We cannot be held financially responsible for the loss of orders as a result of this.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments.
All transactions are processed through PayPal.
PayPal is a secure online payment method, which allows you to pay for products at our e-commerce site. It is easy to use and to ensure protection against fraud your financial details are never shared with sellers or retailers. Bank, credit and debit card details are remembered and safeguarded. If in the event you do not have a PayPal account you can easily pay for your purchase using a credit/debit card.
When an order is placed at our website, card verification checks take place and credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not happy with your goods, and they are returned to us within 7 days from the purchase date, we will offer an exchange or refund.
If you wish to return an order please notify us before hand so that we can advise you on correctly packaging the item or items.
If you are returning goods through no fault of ours we will not be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, we do not refund any postage costs.

Please note; where you are returning goods because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will refund you the price of postage and packaging. Otherwise, the price of postage and packaging will not be refunded.
RETURNS POLICY FOR KITCHEN EQUIPMENT
Postage, packaging and handling will be charged on any order which is cancelled or refused after it has been dispatched
Authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge (unless faulty or returned within 7 working days of receipt. Postage and packing charges are not refundable.
Please include a note detailing your name, address, invoice number and reason for returning the item.
Returned goods must be packed sufficiently with outer packaging to avoid damage in transit. Please ensure that the plug and loose parts in the box cannot scratch or dent the contents.
If you believe your goods are faulty please call our help line 0208 3745604 so we can verify that the problem is not a user error.
If you are not happy with our products please let us know, if it is damaged then we will replace the product/ after adequate verification.
