Mind Body & Spirit - Cyprus

The Cyprus Mind, Body & Spirit Exhibition (MB &S) is a regular event providing people on the Mediterranean island of Cyprus with information about healthy living, complementary therapies and self-development.

For the first time ever raw food was presented to the Greek Cypriots at the Mind Body and Spirit Exhibition. The Raw Greek and Raw Food Journeys (www.rawjourneys.com) teamed up to promote the vital importance of such food in the diet by selling raw superfoods and books. Together we prepared and served deliciously healthy plates of living food, and I was able to spread my message about the endless food opportunities surrounding Cyprus and the Mediterranean.

Food and Wellness

This unique event is hosting not one but TWO of the worlds leading experts on raw healing foods and nutrition.

Gabriel Cousens and Brian Clements, both with decades of experience in helping others achieve superior health and well being, will be giving talks on their perspectives on:

disease prevention and recovery
physical and mental fitness
This event will be followed by a fabulous raw food dinner (buffet) prepared by Gina Panayi and entertainment by Jackie Rawe.
