The Raw Greek with Gina Panayi

I will be spending the afternoon demonstrating and talking about raw food recipe development. During the workshop I will be revealing the secrets to successful raw food dishes and disclosing helpful tips for adapting cooked food recipes into delicious raw food alternatives. You will be able to watch demonstrations of various recipes with plenty of opportunity for sampling and indulging. Kate Wood author of Eat Smart Eat Raw will also be there to represent her company Raw Living, answer your questions and join in with some food demos.
